Hello Paula,
I have loved both your books, they bring back fond memories of the two years my husband and I spent driving around Europe, and the two months we were in Morocco in our VW camper.
I noticed you mentioned your interview on the SBS Insight show, I have checked my TV guide for July 20th 2010, and cannot see any mention of it. Maybe it’s been bumped by the elections, although I would much rather watch you, telling your trekking stories.
Do you happen to know when it will be aired?
Please continue on with your travel and writing, you are an inspiration.

Go for it Kid, just go for it. We are only on this planet for a short time and we must make the most of every experience we can.
Love your stories, as it brings back wonderful memories and experiences of my own, travelling through Africa and South America. Keep your dairy notes coming – its like travelling with a like minded person.

Hey, just had a thought, not related to this entry really, and probably thought of and dismissed in the past, but did you ever consider going to the finish of the Sahara walk and making your way back towards the middle?

Also, having just rereading your first book which I love largely because you are such inexperienced largely unprepared(physically) people it also breaks my heart to know that you and Gary broke up after achieving such a feat together in your relationship.

I loved how you described beggining to write, I felt as though I were right beside you. You almost made ME cry! lol.
