I found both your achievements inspiring. Of the many inspirations one that resonated loudly with me was your constant balancing of planning in minute detail before beginning a complex journey and "just starting out" and solving issues as they arose. My occupation is general management and always I am faced with never knowing all the detail and committing resources to a goal. As I have experienced more (in business) I find I am increasingly comfortable with gaining enough knowledge, making a decision and solving issues as they pop us, as you did. Thanks for a great read!
